Day 1: Djanet – Arrival

• Arrival at Tisska Djanet Airport.
• Welcome by the Tuareg team.
• Transfer to Taghen, lunch with Tuareg tea.
• Transfer to Taghen for the sunset, then overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Djanet – Elberdj

• Breakfast, then departure by 4×4 to Tadrart, passing through Tin Essou (rock engravings).
• Break and lunch at noon.
• Arrival in Elberdj in the afternoon, camping, and beautiful landscape.

Day 3: Elberdj – Moula Naga

• Exploration of landscapes with rock engravings from the Bubaline period.
• Discovery of various rock formations, including the Hedgehog Rock.
• Arrival at the Tin Merzouga erg in the afternoon, musical evening, and bivouac at the foot of the dune.

Day 4: Tin Merzouga – Moula Naga

• Crossing the Indjaren wadi, admiring rock engravings and paintings.
• Arrival at the bivouac site in Moula Naga by the end of the day.

Day 5: Moula Naga – Adjalati

• Off-road journey along the Indjaren wadi with its eroded cliffs rich in rock art.
• Discovery of the arches of Tadrart.
• Bivouac at the northern exit of Tadrart.

Day 6: Adjalati – Adhayek

• Arrival in the afternoon at Adhayek.
• Dinner and traditional evening with the Tuaregs, followed by a bivouac.

Day 7: Adhayek – Djanet – Teghrghrt

• Arrival in Djanet around 2 PM.
• Time for a shower and visit to the small capital of the Ajjers.
• Visit the site of the engraving “the crying cow”.
• Dinner and transfer to the airport around 10 PM.

Note: The displayed price is for a group of 5 people. The price varies depending on the group size: the more people in the group, the lower the cost per person, and vice versa.

• A visa is mandatory for foreign nationals, but with this visa on arrival procedure for Djanet and Tamanrasset, you no longer need to visit consulates or embassies.
• The visa on arrival procedure is managed by your travel agency. Upon booking, the agency handles all necessary formalities for you.

Processing by the Agency:

The agency submits the completed form and a photocopy of your passport to the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts in Algeria. You will then receive a confirmation in the form of a “let pass”, typically within 15 days.

During Check-in:

Present your let pass to board. This document is essential for check-in and entry into the country.

Upon Arrival in Algeria:

You will need to present the following documents:

  • Pay the visa fee: €96 or 14,000 Algerian dinars. Payment can be made in cash, with the option of euros (prices subject to change).
  • A bank statement or proof of income (such as a pay slip, tax assessment, or retirement certificate).
  • Your round-trip airline ticket.
  • Your repatriation insurance certificate.
