Day 2: Grand Arches and Golden Dunes
Follow the In Djaren wadi to Téhé Tahoussaït.

Day 3: Dunes, Engravings and Hidden Oases
Crossing the dunes of Moul N’Aga.
Passage through In Zaouaten and Tin Tikel (rock art site).
Arrival at In Tehak.
Bivouac.

Day 4: Magical Sunset at Tin Merzouga
Journey to the majestic red dunes of Tin Merzouga.
Admiration of the sunset.
Bivouac in the heart of the dunes.

Day 5: Imesnegha Caves and Exit from the Tadrart
Departure from Tin Merzouga to Imesnegha.
Visit of caves polished by erosion.
Return via the In Djaren wadi to Adjalati.
Bivouac.

Day 6: Tikoubaouine Arches and Secret Guelta
Visit of the arch and rocky landscapes of Tikoubaouine.
Lunch in the open desert.
Discovery of the guelta.
Dinner and overnight under the stars.

Day 7: Trek in the Issendilène Canyon
Departure for Issendilène.
One-hour trek along the canyon.
Discovery of the Issendilène guelta.
Dinner and overnight in a bivouac.

Day 8: Ihrir Oasis and Village of Idharen
Heading to Ihrir and its lush oases.
Visit of the village of Idharen and its long wadi.
Lunch, dinner and overnight in a bivouac.

Day 9: Weeping Cows Engravings and Djanet Handicrafts
Return to Djanet.
Visit of Tigharghart and its famous “Weeping Cows” engravings.
Discovery of the local market and handicrafts.
Check-in at the inn (shower and rest).

Day 10: Return to Algiers
Night flight Djanet → Algiers.
End of the program.

• A visa is mandatory for foreign nationals, but with this visa on arrival procedure for Djanet and Tamanrasset, you no longer need to visit consulates or embassies.
• The visa on arrival procedure is managed by your travel agency. Upon booking, the agency handles all necessary formalities for you.

Processing by the Agency:

The agency submits the completed form and a photocopy of your passport to the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts in Algeria. You will then receive a confirmation in the form of a “let pass”, typically within 15 days.

During Check-in:

Present your let pass to board. This document is essential for check-in and entry into the country.

Upon Arrival in Algeria:

You will need to present the following documents:

  • Pay the visa fee starting from 70 euros. Payment can be made in cash, with the option of euros (prices subject to change).
  • Your round-trip airline ticket

Affixing the visa:
