Day 1

Day 5

- Afternoon: visit to Teghssé and tunnel, bivouac at Youfaghlal
Day 6
- Visit to the cave of Youfaghlal, departure from Tassili Hoggar
- Lunch at Oued Tiblaghaghene
- Afternoon: bivouac at Oued Intehente
Day 7
- Visit to Tamekreset waterfall, lunch
- Afternoon: return to Tamanrasset, shower, city tour, souvenir shopping, dinner
Day 8
- Transfer to the airport, end of the trip
Note: The displayed price is for a minimum group size of 10 people. The price varies based on group size: the larger the group, the lower the cost per person, and vice versa.

- A visa is mandatory for foreign nationals, but with this visa on arrival procedure for Djanet and Tamanrasset, you no longer need to visit consulates or embassies.
- The visa on arrival procedure is managed by your travel agency. Upon booking, the agency handles all necessary formalities for you.
Form and Documentation:
- At the time of booking, your agency will send you a form to fill out.
- Complete this form and return it to the agency along with a scanned copy of your passport.
Processing by the Agency:
The agency submits the completed form and a photocopy of your passport to the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts in Algeria. You will then receive a confirmation in the form of a “let pass”, typically within 15 days.
During Check-in:
Present your let pass to board. This document is essential for check-in and entry into the country.
Upon Arrival in Algeria:
You will need to present the following documents:
- Your pass.
- Pay the visa fee: €96 or 14,000 Algerian dinars. Payment can be made in cash, with the option of euros (prices subject to change).
- A bank statement or proof of income (such as a pay slip, tax assessment, or retirement certificate).
- Your round-trip airline ticket.
- Your repatriation insurance certificate.
Affixing the visa:
Once these steps are completed, a visa will be affixed to your passport, allowing you to begin your journey to Djanet or Tamanrasset.
This circuit is exclusively accessible to Algerian citizens and dual nationals. While Tamanrasset is a safe region, Algerian authorities adopt a highly protective approach towards tourists. Therefore, in the Tamanrasset region, only the Assekrem site is authorized for foreign visitors. For those who do not hold Algerian nationality, an alternative circuit is available: Trek Tamanrasset – Assekrem – Tahat Atakor.
