1st day:

• Departure towards In Tesmat and exploration of rock paintings.
• Lunch at Taskafout.
• Continue journey to Tazazert.
• Dinner and bivouac at Tazazert.

2nd day:

• Breakfast followed by a hike through the mazes of Afr.
• Arrival at Iboug and then progress towards Toukrimine.
• Setup of the bivouac.

3rd day:

• Breakfast, then departure towards Tinesmadh.
• Lunch and rest time at Tinesmadh.
• Hike towards the AHA bivouac site.

4th day:

• Travel to Tisgharine for lunch.
• Trek to the bivouac at Indlajin.

5th day:

• Breakfast and hike to Akhbourai.
• Lunch and rest, followed by bivouac setup at In Takat.

6th day:

• Breakfast and departure to Iniran Makronin.
• Lunch en route.
• Continue to the Tajmait Hajrit bivouac.

7th day:

• Breakfast and departure to the Ihrir valley.
• Arrival and setup at a camping site for the night.

8th day:

• Breakfast, then stroll along the banks of the Ihrir wadi.
• Picnic and visit to the village.
• Dinner and bivouac at the camping site.

9th day:

• Head towards Issendilene with a lunch break on the way.
• Dinner and bivouac at Issendilene.

10th day:

• Departure for Djanet with visits to the artisanal market and the “crying cow”.
• Dinner and transfer to the airport.

• Transport in 4×4 vehicle for the entire circuit.

• A visa is mandatory for foreign nationals, but with this visa on arrival procedure for Djanet and Tamanrasset, you no longer need to visit consulates or embassies.
• The visa on arrival procedure is managed by your travel agency. Upon booking, the agency handles all necessary formalities for you.

Processing by the Agency:

The agency submits the completed form and a photocopy of your passport to the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts in Algeria. You will then receive a confirmation in the form of a “let pass”, typically within 15 days.

During Check-in:

Present your let pass to board. This document is essential for check-in and entry into the country.

Upon Arrival in Algeria:

You will need to present the following documents:

  • Pay the visa fee: €96 or 14,000 Algerian dinars. Payment can be made in cash, with the option of euros (prices subject to change).

Moderate: Opt for a mix of transportation modes, combining 4×4 rides, shorter hikes, and possibly camel rides, for a diverse experience that requires a bit more endurance.

Difficult: Embark on a challenging circuit with hiking through varied terrain. Ideal for adventure and trekking enthusiasts seeking total immersion in local nature and culture.
