Day 1: Arrival in Taghit

Day 2: Exploration of Taghit and its surroundings
Morning: Hike or camel ride to explore the sand dunes around Taghit. This is an opportunity to take spectacular photos and experience the desert.
Afternoon: Visit nearby rock engravings, which are remnants of the region’s prehistoric history.
Evening: Return to your accommodation and enjoy a free evening.
Day 3: Adventure day in the Grand Erg Occidental
Full day: Organized excursion in the Grand Erg Occidental. This adventure may include sandboarding on the dunes, visiting a neighboring oasis, or spending a night under the stars in a desert camp, providing an unforgettable Sahara experience.
Day 4: Culture and history of Taghit
Morning: Visit the old Ksar of Taghit to discover its traditional architecture and history. Explore the narrow streets and ancient houses.
Afternoon: Visit a local market to buy souvenirs and appreciate local crafts. You may also participate in a local cooking workshop to learn how to prepare a traditional dish.
Evening: Dinner at a venue offering a panoramic view of Taghit to enjoy the sunset over the oasis.
Day 5: Relaxation and departure
Morning: Free day for relaxation. Enjoy the pool at your hotel or take one last walk in the oasis. Afternoon: Preparation for departure. Depending on your schedule, you might have time for one last activity or visit.

Processing by the Agency:
The agency submits the completed form and a photocopy of your passport to the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts in Algeria. You will then receive a confirmation in the form of a “let pass”, typically within 15 days.
During Check-in:
Present your let pass to board. This document is essential for check-in and entry into the country.
Upon Arrival in Algeria:
You will need to present the following documents:
- Your pass.
- Pay the visa fee: €96 or 14,000 Algerian dinars. Payment can be made in cash, with the option of euros (prices subject to change).
- A bank statement or proof of income (such as a pay slip, tax assessment, or retirement certificate).
- Your round-trip airline ticket.
- Your repatriation insurance certificate.
